Logistics Administrator

In this role you are responsible for all aspects of stores paperwork, which will include data inputting, creating delivery notes, ensuring that all stocks are recorded accurately as well as covering other duties.


  • Use the company ERP system (Sage 1000)
  • Print off picking lists per customer despatch account.
  • Expedite all customer deliveries in a timely manner and ensure all required paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Completing of all booking in of ETS notes and issuing loading sheet
  • Complete export documentation to include EAD, commercial invoices
  • Complete certificates of conformance for customers requesting
  • Material control material for WHS Cairo in a timely manner.
  • Cairo documents for customs clearance maintained and executed in a timely manner.
  • Communication with WHS Egypt for planning parts for Adient coming back to the UK for delivery
  • Customs clearance instruction for all import
  • Ensure EDI and WHS Call off are in sync
  • Order acknowledgments for customers
  • Booking shipments on customer portals
  • Conduct PI checks on all incoming stocks within the distribution centre
  • Create delivery notes and send ASN's to the customers on time.
  • Maintain contact with other stores across site 1, 2 and 3 to ensure all required stock is available to pick when required.
  • Deal with the drivers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Carry out stock adjustments, if required when cycle counting is performed.
  • Carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role.
