Your working week will be varied but will include:_

  • Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
  • Input data to various systems including banking, invoicing & payroll
  • Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Scanning and filing company documents
  • Adhoc administration duties

Apprenticeship Information

_What will you learn?_

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
Much of the training will be undertaken 'on the job', supported by regular visits from a qualified assessor. There will also be a requirement for you to attend workshops on a regular basis.
