Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service specialists to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer service.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a property management or customer-facing role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
