Customer Service Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service specialists, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, and driving continuous improvement in our customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service specialists to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform customer service strategies and improve performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a property management or related industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform customer service strategies and improve performance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Knowledge of customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
