Our client is a leading specialist with a strong heritage and reputation as a provider of quality products and service to thousands of people across the country.


We are leading the search for a crucial role that will support the continued development and growth of the business in the South East region.

The role of HR Business Partner will provide high quality and commercial HR partnering to business leaders to ensure successful delivery of strategic people outcomes.

In addition, you will provide coaching and support to managers on all parts of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment and selection by liaising with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely manner with high calibre candidates.

Support recruitment campaigns; job fairs; apprenticeship programs; general networking to ensure robust candidate pipeline.
Facilitate and support candidate selection processes, including job evaluation, interviews and on boarding.
Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans which drive engagement including annual staff engagement survey.
Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Focus on health and wellbeing.

Provide day-to-day coaching to the regional and site leadership teams on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organisational design consultation.

Change agent – building capacity to embrace and capitalise on change initiatives, focussing on company values and behaviours, creating high performing teams, streamlining processes and automation.

Lead and support implementation of HR strategic initiatives ensuring they are aligned to the business goals and underpin the company strategy.

Your profile
CIPD Level - 7 desirable
Demonstrable experience within a generalist HR role
Experience gained providing complex ER support and advice to managers
Strong understanding of TUPE processes
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to promote and embed equality and diversity as an integral part of working
