Then look no further, as Anglian Water are seeking a Programme Manager to work with a team of Project Managers, alongside the wider business streams to drive strategic change through the development and delivery of projects and initiatives.

In this role you will be the lead in delivering the strategic programme to support our interruptions to supply outcome delivery incentive. Leading initiatives to direct the programme and programme teaminto the future, ensuring readiness to take on the challenges of the next AMP while steering direction towards a proactive focus.

You will be responsible forleading governance groups,reporting at senior leveland ensuring that all programmes of work and targets are measured accordingly against cost, benefit, performance, efficiencies, delivery and timescales. This includes the project management and change managementexpertise to be able to assess multiple cross business and ODI opportunities, identify dependencies and generate appropriate programmes of work. You will be accountable for identifying and managing risks, assuring delivery of work, whilst resolving conflictsand ensuring that the appropriate mitigation measures are identified and implemented.You will have fantastic communication skills and engage with stakeholders on specific business priorities and investments, overall driving delivery of the overarching strategy and vision for the programme to be realised.
