An exciting opportunity is available for a Mental Health Practitioner to join the Integrated Place Based Team (IPBT) for East Lindsey, based in Louth.

This role is part of a new place-based mental health workforce that is integrated and co-located within Primary Care Networks.

Registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers are encouraged to apply.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 9-5.
