Job Title: Finance Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing cash banking and credit card receipts from clients and ensuring reconciliation to sites.
- Verifying the accuracy and receipt of all VAT invoices for commission from operators on a monthly basis.
- Updating site prices/commissions based on the approved pricing structure by management, when necessary.
- Reviewing reports and inputting the accurate number of vouchers into the system.
- Performing other finance administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: Candidates interested in this role should ideally have prior office experience in Accounts or Administration. Attention to detail, teamwork, organizational skills, and effective communication are essential.
