We are seeking a Claims Team Leader to join our team at INSHUR, located in sunny Brighton. You'll have the chance to work remotely while also connecting with your colleagues at our Brighton office weekly, creating a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will play a key role in reinventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories, including the UK, US, the Netherlands, and upcoming European regions.

As the Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaboration with peers and the leadership team to develop strategies and enhance team development will be crucial.

  • Extensive experience in Leadership, showcasing technical and people skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Understanding the importance of collaboration.
