An exciting new opportunity has arisen to take a leading role within our new NHS Group - one of the largest acute joint arrangements in the NHS with a budget of circa £1.3 billion.**Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (HUTH) and Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLAG) have high ambitions and are committed to delivering the very best together for the populations we serve. For the last three years, our two trusts have been working together as part of the Humber Acute Services Review programme to review our services and to identify how we can better provide those services across our complex geography for the benefit of our patients.


In the spirit of greater harmonisation, the two Trusts have already appointed a Joint Chair and a new Joint Chief Executive Officer and have taken the decision to move to a Group model management structure with a Joint Executive Team covering the two organisations.

Our new Joint Chief Executive Officer is seeking to appoint his private office Chief of Staff.

Aspirant applicants should possess a proved track record of having worked at or near board level and with a mix of executive and very senior managers across the NHS.
