Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement internal communications campaigns to inform and involve colleagues in University initiatives and achievements.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to advise on the development and delivery of an internal communications strategy.
* Manage the University\u2019s communication channels, including the staff portal, to ensure timely and effective communication.
* Support the University\u2019s response to critical incidents, managing staff engagement and liaison with the Rapid Response team.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in internal communications, with a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication channels.
* Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the University.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
