JOB OVERVIEW


The main objective is to offer complete and thorough data-driven assistance to the centre's stakeholders, which includes the Student Experience Manager and the Head of the Centre.

The responsibilities also involve leading and taking charge of all tasks that pertain to visa, immigration, and other compliance-related activities.


By taking ownership of the process and being accountable for the outcomes, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.

By performing these crucial tasks with precision and efficiency, the individual can help ensure that the centre's stakeholders can focus on delivering an exceptional student experience.


ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Keep student details up to date on a master spreadsheet and Study Global database, as required.
  • Produce datadriven reports for the Head of Centre/other members of the team as appropriate.
  • Update student bookings with Study Plan changes, including booster classes and exam resits.
  • Update student progression data on the appropriate system.
  • Work with the Student Experience Manager to manage the student data lifecycle, including all RPAG, assessment and progressionrelated data and reports.
  • Assist the International Study Centre's Examinations Officer, working with the HoC & SEM to oversee the implementation of standards and regulations.

Student Experience Administrator:

Welfare & Social to provide general advice to students on local and travel information, help with opening bank accounts, issue confirmation letters, ID cards, letter requests, Student cards, complaints etc.


  • Act as Visa lead for the Centre and have a full understanding of visa compliance procedures and processes, contributing to compliance in the Centre.
  • Work with

Student Experience Administrator:
Welfare & Social to contact absent students and inform parents and agents when necessary.

  • Be actively involved in student registration at all intake points to ensure student records are updated, relevant documentation uploaded and quality audits are undertaken for accuracy and missing information.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field (Essential).
  • Administration or management training or qualification (Desirable) or willingness to attend appropriate training.
  • Knowledge of working in an academic administration environment.
  • Accurate and systematic record keeping.
  • Ability to work to high standards under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Working with students.
  • Working in a Higher Education or Further Education environment.
  • Using data and reporting systems.
