Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

You will be an integral part of our award winning team, that is leading the transformation of CAF's international focus.

As the only organisation of our scale and level of expertise to manage donations to overseas non-profits, we ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance, reducing risk to the reputation of our donors.

This role is ideally suited to a dedicated professional who brings exceptional organisational and planning skills and wants to start their international career in one of the world's leading independent charities.

You will deliver vital support to the whole CAF International Team, including the Director of International Strategy and Corporate Services, helping to ensure we successfully expand our work in overseas markets.

In practice this will mean running team communications, meetings, desk research, writing briefings, creating new proposals, presentations and other assets.

You will be the type of person who brings enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism to any task.

Undaunted by complex international projects, while equally enthusiastic about running day-to-day team management tasks, you will be the main coordinator for our team.

As our International Executive your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the department's team coordinator across all activities
  • Providing executive administrative support to the Director of International Strategy and Corporate Services
  • Writing travel briefs
  • Supporting on the planning and delivery of the team's event strategy
  • Running standalone research and gap analysis projects
  • Researching and writing country giving guides for donors
  • Preparing country profiles to support the international strategy
  • Liaising with Marketing to create the International newsletter and provide content for other newsletters across the Group.
  • Representing the International team in the Charity Insights group

Skills required of our International Executive:

  • A passion for philanthropy and charitable activities
  • Successful support for senior executives (or equivalent) in previous roles
  • Outstanding organisational skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
