Barry M Cosmetics is a leading player in the cosmetics industry, known for its innovation and commitment to creating high-quality colour cosmetics products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Account Executive to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, this role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our export business, developing relationships with international clients, and driving sales growth in target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all export-related inquiries and needs. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's export business in international markets. Identify and prospect potential clients in target regions to establish new business relationships. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of export orders and meet customer expectations. Provide support to the Senior Team to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in target regions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in retail/export sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the retail industry. Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
