About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Communications Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing employee engagement and promoting a culture of collaboration and awareness within our organization.

Internal Communications Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the communications partner for key areas of the UK Business Unit, developing and delivering communication plans to improve adoption, efficiency, and awareness among UK colleagues.
  • Create and execute various internal communication materials, including emails, briefing packs, alerts, posters, digital content, and business updates.
  • Ensure internal communications are clear, accessible, relevant, and in line with UK internal communication initiatives.
  • Generate content for internal communication channels like the UK Business Unit intranet, employee app, SharePoint sites, webcasts, and videos.
  • Engage in the UK-wide Internal Communications Network to maintain message consistency across the organization.
  • Support internal events and initiatives, such as conferences, webcasts, and engagement events.
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communications activities.
  • Handle ad hoc internal requests for communication support.
