International Internal Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Internal Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting EMEA and APAC regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global communications environment, driving engagement and alignment across our international network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies, planning, writing, and delivering content for various channels, including intranet, town hall meetings, presentations, and leadership communications.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft communications that inform, inspire, and engage colleagues, ensuring the right messages reach stakeholders at the right time, through the right platforms.
  • Produce creative content, incorporating fresh, innovative ideas to maximise employee engagement across multiple locations.
  • Assist with the organisation of internal events, such as town halls, and enhance executive visibility.
  • Ensure internal communications are engaging, consistent in tone of voice, and aligned with external messaging.
  • Support the internal communications response during issue management situations, helping protect the organisation's perception and reputation.
  • Partner with colleagues in communications teams based in New York, London, Europe, and Hong Kong.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider International Communications team, supporting cross-team projects as required.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in communications roles, with a focus on internal communications.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align internal messaging with broader organisational goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and providing strategic communications counsel.
  • The ability to analyse data and use insights to refine communication strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across different regions.
