We have a great new opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will enjoy permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be assigned on an interim or project basis to our clients' organizations, giving you a chance to enhance your skills with continuous training and professional certifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support deployments and be accountable for reviewing, providing feedback on, and executing manual steps
  • Preferably have experience using automated deployment tools with Salesforce like Copado
  • Fully grasp change management processes and collaborate with Release Management teams to implement these
  • Assist other teams in comprehending how these processes function and how to implement changes on the platform
  • Aid in fostering ongoing improvement in these processes by offering valuable feedback to the Platform Owner as needed

Operational Platform Health

  • Conduct proactive and reactive operational activities on the platform to ensure it meets non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, etc.)
  • Support incident triage, response, and resolution, collaborating with engineering teams as necessary
  • Regularly perform Salesforce Optimiser and Health Check, evaluate outcomes, and take necessary actions with other team members
  • Develop, update, and share operational reports, including dashboards
  • Contribute to continuous enhancement in these processes by providing constructive feedback to the Platform Owner as required

Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and maintain documentation in Confluence regarding platform processes and operational instructions
  • Assist with activities related to non-production environment management
  • Administer sandboxes, handling new requests and utilization of existing ones
  • Support the Platform Owner in regular governance and reporting tasks (e.g., user audits, compliance requests, service reporting)

User Administration

  • Manage Persona Documentation
  • Handle user access requests with suitable permissions
  • Comprehend the business areas utilizing Salesforce and their access levels
  • Possess a strong awareness of the sensitive data sets on the platform and ensure vigilance in maintaining role-based data separation

Key Skills/Experience

  • Solid background in Salesforce Administration
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services, particularly Health Insurance, is advantageous. Alternatively, experience in a regulated setting will be seen favorably.
