We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Darktrace Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building, maintaining, and scaling our Salesforce environment.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, implementing best practice solutions, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with our support, training, and development teams to understand requirements and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user and license management, Salesforce configuration changes, and proactive system maintenance.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Proactively check system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.

Requirements:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • Expertise in Salescloud, change management, and governance.
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
