Do you have experience in leading a successful Customer Service Team?


Within this role you will assist your team with their training and development along with setting high standards of customer service.

You will provide solutions to complex issues whilst measuring customer satisfaction and feedback.

To be successful in this role you will have proven management experience, preferably within a customer service setting. You will have a positive attitude and the readiness to lead your new team.

Key skills:

  • Liaison, support & assistance within all departments
  • Commercially & financially aware
  • Issue handling & negotiation experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer and partner queries
  • Production of reports
  • Coordinating and chairing a weekly crossdepartment service meeting
  • Manage complaints or poor service
  • Management of freight loss/damage claims
  • Supervision of the pricing & invoicing processes
  • Assisting colleagues with new business enquiries
  • Meetings, customer service tasks & incidents log
Salary is dependant upon experience.
