Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)

Job Purpose

Adam Phones is now part of the
Radius Group
. We resell mobile services from
Vodafone, EE and
O2 and we're now recruiting for an
Operations Executive to join our team.


You will own the end-to-end provisioning process and will be responsible for managing activation and maintenance of all mobile communication services in the Adam Phones Portfolio.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Onboarding of new customers and upgrading existing customers
  • Database management of handset and accessory orders
  • Provisioning, disconnecting, migrating, and changing mobile voice or other converged services for our customers using the established MNP processes
  • Ensure clients have the correct mobile tariff, content bars, and roaming or data bundles to ensure their service operates correctly
  • Create a culture and adhere to processes which achieve the business goals and objectives with regards to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Work effectively with all stakeholders in Sales, Commercials, Operations and Logistics
  • Building and sustaining first class relations with all internal & external stakeholders.
