About the role


Working within our Telecoms Provisioning team you will communicate with our customers, internal departments and suppliers via a range of platforms relating to the onboarding of their telephony services.

Ensure any issues are followed up and rectified, providing an all round great customer experience.

  • Working with suppliers to provision all telephony services
  • Management of customer telephony orders and keeping them informed until services are live
  • Case manage any issues/escalations through to resolution
  • Ensure accurate customer billing through data entry for which attention to detail is required
  • Provide first hand support speaking with our customers during the changeover of their telephony services and answering any queries they may have
  • Work with management and the broader team to improve the customer experience
