Job Overview

As the Employment Services Director at TDA Telecoms, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and enhancement of our employment support services. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of over 80 dedicated staff across multiple sites, ensuring high performance and achievement of programme targets.
  • Oversee core services, including IPS in Primary Care, IPS in SMI, and Employment Advisors in Talking Therapies, while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with commissioners, health providers, and employers to expand our reach and impact.
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance standards, safeguarding measures, and robust governance practices.
  • Monitor budgets, identify cost efficiencies, and achieve financial goals within agreed parameters.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on tendering for new services and retaining existing ones.
