Global Mobility & Reward Senior Analyst

PermanentOffice location: City of LondonHybrid working: 3 days per week in the office We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Global Mobility professional exposure to Reward activities to join a highly regarded financial services institution. The post holder will play a key client facing role in the Global Mobility function, as well as providing analytical Reward support to the team. The Global Mobility & Reward Senior Advisor responsibilities will include:

Global Mobility:Manage and support all Globally Mobile employees including Assignees, Permanent transferees, and Permanent hires.

Instruct and coordinate all external suppliers providing Global Mobility services including Relocation, Immigration and Tax.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful assignments and placements.Provision of Global Mobility data and administrative deliverables to ensure adherence to internal, and external policies and compliance.Ensuring correct data exchanges with HR Services and Payroll across all locations.Review and manage all activities to ensure local statutory compliance is adhered to.Review and manage Global Mobility Policies and Processes to ensure ongoing compliance and best market practice.Reward:Support and manage queries in relation to employee benefits (pension, private medical care, income protection etc) and supporting with the annual renewals as appropriate.Support and maintain Remuneration and Benefit specific systems including preparation of year-end remuneration system for annual cycle.Support and manage the Reward and Mobility email inbox being first line for any internal and external queries.The ideal candidate:Strong experience working within an in-house global mobility role, with exposure to international assignee and employee matters.Exposure to Reward & Benefit processes would be highly advantageous.Experience within Financial Services sector desirable.Strong excel skills.Exceptional communication, presentation, and numerical skills.Delivery focused.Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholder at all levels.
