This is a newly created role to build out their Global Mobility offering as they continue to grow.

You would own their global mobility function and work on a number of key projects across the business as they look to drive a more forward-thinking, strategic People function.

Our client operates with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the office.

Supporting international secondments and transfers and advising on the implementation and optimization of the mobility policyProvide day-to-day support with BAU, such as cost projections and managing external relationships with service providersOverseeing and coordinating the immigration process for mobility cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsFacilitating tax, immigration and relocation briefings with candidates and transfereesContract drafting and maintaining the Workday HRIS for mobility casesConducting internal audits on the global mobility and immigration processRecommending and managing process improvements and automation initiativesWhat we're looking for:5 + years experience in a similar roleExperience with managing UK and Dubai immigration processesDemonstrated problem solving and project management skillsHigh attention to detail is a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a high paced, scaling business is preferredWe recognise how challenging this current job market is for candidates, and Hawkwood are therefore striving to provide the best candidate experience we can.
