As an Employment Adviser, you will play a vital role in supporting unemployed individuals (our participants) in securing and maintaining employment, connecting with employers, and raising awareness within local communities about our services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist jobseekers in overcoming employment challenges
  • Arrange relevant training courses
  • Help with CV writing and job applications
  • Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities
  • Promote Reed in Partnership within the community

Your success in this role hinges on your ability to build relationships, show empathy, motivate, and influence others positively.
