School Trends, has been based in Sheffield for 35 years, as a leading supplier of customised school wear & leisure/workwear across the UK.

We are looking to expand our Sales Support Team, this includes 2x new roles as Sales Support Representatives. The roles are a job share working part time from the Sheffield office. For the right persons there is potential for these to grow into full time roles and account manager roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing & potential accounts
  • Answer inbound calls meeting all customer needs.
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities
  • Introducing company offerings, promotions, and new products/services
  • Listen actively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Refer incoming sales enquiries to the sales team and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services to existing or potential customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and opportunities, providing necessary support and information.
  • Meet and exceed individual targets for call volume maximising revenue generation in every call.

Job Type:

Pay:
From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
