Nursery Baby Room Leader, Level 3

We're looking for a special person to become our baby room leader who is level 3 qualified to join our team at Yewlands Day Nursery.
You will need:
- to be level 3 qualified
- experience of working in the baby room and preferbly, previous experience of working as a room leader
- be able to lead a small nursery team to ensure the children in our care recieve the very best in care and support
- to be able to plan appropriately using the EYFS and Development Matters for guidance
- work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members, establishing effective relationships
- motivate and inspire your team to be their very best in all aspects of care for the children
- be positive, confident and ready to lead your team to help us become an outstanding nursery
- be willing to implement the 'Curiosity Approach' in the room and with support, lead your team to helping us achieve our accreditation
- to enjoy taking babies into the great outdoors to make the best of our designated baby garden space
- be a team player who is reliable, responsible and adaptable
- be able to work a 4 day week from
