About the Role
As a Team Leader at Radis Community Care, you will play a vital role in providing support to our extra care complex, delivering specialized care to individuals. Our approach is centered around recognizing each person's unique needs and providing a tailored service that adapts to their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to our extra care complex, delivering specialized care to individuals
* Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis' housing-related support duties when emergency cover is required

Requirements
* Previous experience as a Team Leader will be advantageous but not essential
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn in line with clients' needs and expectations
