Purpose Of Role:

We are now looking for a PMO Change and Reporting Associate to join us and help scale the business:

The purpose of this role is to manage our operational data on our current delivery platform (salesforce) and be the system administrator of the platform.

This include setting up users, troubleshooting and working to improve the platform based on business requirement As PMO Change and Reporting Associate, you will manage the data to provide dashboard & reporting support to our Senior delivery managers,, heads of departments and Chief Network Delivery Officer.

You will transform our data into active alerts and reports that lead our day-to-day business.

You will also work to interface to other systems in our ecosystem to bring the full CK data memory together.


Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will learn to understand the data architecture and how to mine it
  • You will be the system administrator for our current platform (Sitetracker)
  • You will maintain our existing reports and dashboards and produce new reports as required. You'll also get to know our data and actively mine for insights and alerts that improve delivery time scales
  • You will collaborate with other departments to help build the interface specifications to enable operational data to accurately transfer to our master data lake

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of different operating systems

Network management skills

Cloud infrastructure know-how and certifications

Basic programming and scripting skills

Salesforce Admin Certification:
optional
