**The main purpose of this role is to: - **- Liaise with the business and our 3rd party provider in the planning, co-ordination and scheduling of health surveillance and health assessment activity across the UK & OI.Receive, produce, analyse and monitor all schedule reports in partnership with our 3rd party service provider.
- Take responsibility for the fulfilment of schedules and monitor 3rd party serviced delivery performance.
- Liaise with the sites / departments to formulate and coordinate schedules taking into account barriers and constraints.

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Forge great relationships with 3rd party providers and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for maximising business efficiency through the coordination of activities from 3rd party provider.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve issues.
- The confidence to work with a degree of autonomy is important.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
- Own and orchestrate communication, planning, tracking and administration of activities related to health surveillance and health assessment to ensure brilliant execution between 3rd party provider and the business.
- Resolve any issues that delay or alter health surveillance / health assessment schedules.
- Ensure schedules for health surveillance / health assessments are produced in line with SLA's and communicated to the business in a timely manner.
- Coordinate activities at site level to ensure efficient delivery of 3rd party services.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a planning role within manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and mange work to completion.
- Solid communication skills in both written and verbal format.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work individually and in teams.
- Results orientated and capable of working in a deadline driven environment.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills particularly with Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate processing skills.
Salary:
£15.77 per hour
