We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Logistics Manager to be part of our team.

The selected candidate will oversee all logistics aspects of our premium residential projects, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered to the site efficiently and on time.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive logistics plans for each project considering requirements, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate material procurement, transportation, and delivery to the site following project specifications and schedule.
  • Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and delivery partners to negotiate terms and coordinate deliveries effectively.
  • Manage on-site logistics operations, storage allocation, material organization, and inventory records.
  • Monitor material movement, identify issues, and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with the project team to align logistics activities with project goals.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols in logistics processes complying with regulations.
  • Provide leadership to logistics team, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager, preferably in construction with a specialization in high-end residential projects.
  • Knowledge of logistics principles, supply chain management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
