Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and functional design concepts for high-end residential refurbishments and extensionsnCreate detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and specifications for interior spacesnCollaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into compelling design solutionsnCoordinate with the construction team to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and delivered to the highest standardsnSelect and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings that align with the project brief and client expectationsnManage the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetnStay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the high-end residential sectornContribute to the development of the company's design ethos and portfolio

Requirements:
