Job Title: Interior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Interior Architect to join our team at POD People (UK) for a high-end residential project. The successful candidate will have strong technical drawing skills and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate fully resolved production-ready drawings and brief external sub-contractors.
  • Produce and maintain drawings for the project, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Manage the project drawing, updating it throughout the project to ensure that drawings are up-to-date.
  • Oversee and assist with design and finishes schedules.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of technical details and forms, diverse materials, and materials technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction architectural detailing, drafting, and space planning.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with UK construction laws and regulations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
About the Project:

This is a 3-6 month project, subject to performance and practice workload. Our client offers an exceptional portfolio of properties within the UK and abroad.
