This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Manufacturing company with an exciting and unique product in their busy Customer Service team.


This role is a Temporary Customer Service Administrator role which could lead to a Permanent position.

Working as part ofa small, friendly, and passionate Customer team you will get excellent training and development opportunities.

£10-12ph.

  • Fri

The role:

  • Monitoring of orders to ensure they are being processed and taking action to resolve any process issues
  • Working cooperatively with all the key internal departments
  • Ecommerce, Warehouse and QA
  • Listen and connect with end users and customers to enhance their journey, with innovative solutions, through a collaborative oneteam approach
  • Customer Order Administration and using Excel
About you;

  • Previous Administration experience and excellent Customer Service skills
  • Passionate, team player, enthusiastic
  • Customer Focused
  • PC literate with high levels of understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel
