Finance Administrator. This is part-time and permanent position and working for very well established family company. Very interesting and varied role.

15/16 hours per week:

Monday - Friday flexible start time)

Salary:
£10.50/£11 per hour


The role:

  • Follow up order status and reporting of any problems or delays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prepare, organise and manage bespoke customer enquiries / quotations
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Taking good notes and direction from management to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Credit control duties
  • Sales/purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Contacting HMRC with any queries

We are looking for someone who:

  • Available immediately
  • Proven finance based experience and SAGE knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
