Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Improve compliance by developing and monitoring training programmes for staff.
  • Ensure that company information is secure and that staff follow security procedures.
  • Help build an ethical work environment.
  • Intervene to prevent illegal behaviour.
  • Advise management on areas of improvement in compliance.
