Compliance Officer Job Description

As a Compliance Officer with G4S Business Unit:US Youth Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the department's compliance and security are upheld. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a focus on supporting the achievement of contractual measures across all client work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out multiple operational processes to ensure departmental compliance and security are maintained.
  • Implement and adhere to all departmental quality requirements, including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes.
  • Support internal and client compliance audits to ensure requirements are met.
  • Identify and flag risks and concerns around department quality, followed up and analyzed for continuous improvement.
  • Manage operational documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage keys for the building and issue, manage, and maintain passes for personnel using the Symmetry system.
  • Conduct routine checks of CCTV and Automated Access Control System to ensure functionality.
