Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Culina Group. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company maintains all required certifications and is legally compliant in all its health, safety, and quality activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of training records and safety documentation, aligning with legislative and company requirements.
  • Develop and implement a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) to ensure a consistent safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and site visitors.
  • Audit the SMP regularly for compliance and update accordingly to ensure alignment with legislative and company requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing training and processes related to Health and Safety and Food Standards programs for the site.
  • Participate in incident investigations to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all site inspections are completed on time and corrective actions are raised accordingly.
  • Maintain site safety boards and communication zones, including Health and Safety Policy, Insurance Certification, and Site Health & Safety minutes.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits such as BRCGS, MHRA, and Safety audits.
  • Communicate and coach site staff to ensure safety expectations are understood and met.
  • Ensure high standards of training, BRCGS compliance, and Health & Safety within the working environment.
  • Prioritize site maintenance to ensure it does not compromise safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • Maintain training records and trainings for MHE.
  • Support and coordinate BRCGS auditing, following up on non-conformances.
  • Ensure Food Safety & Quality Assurance procedures are complied with during inspections.
  • Support sites to ensure attainment of BRCGS.
  • Support document control, corrective and preventative action, and trend analysis.
  • Work with site representatives to manage Quality Management and Operating Procedures, including Hygiene Operations, Allergen Management, and Pest Control.
