We are delighted to be working with this wonderful specialist travel company based in Surrey who are seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a part time basis.


As HR Manager you will be responsible for supervising all HR departmental functions, supporting the recruitment function, executing training programs and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.

You will play an important role in creating a positive people culture and strong customer service ethos within the business, in line with our brand values.

Minimum 3 years experience of HR, recruitment and training is essential to be considered for this role.

Overseeing essential HR departmental aspects such as employee relations, HR administration, internal recruitment, enhancing employee engagement and inductions

  • Ensuring staff records are maintained in the internal HR system
  • Staying abreast of HR best practice and employment law
Minimum 3 years HR, recruitment and training experience

  • Ability to work autonomously in a stand-alone HR role
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • The capability to prioritise workflow based on immediate requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
Part time 22.Hybrid working model (Office based Tues and Thurs and WFH one other day of the week)
