Main Duties of the JobThe HR Assistant role is a key position within the employee relations team and central to our success. You will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure our processes run smoothly, with respect for individual needs and within agreed timescales.
As the Administrative expert in our team, you will respond to first-line enquiries and set up meetings and training sessions. You will ensure arrangements are in place for hearings and appeals, take notes, and ensure outcome letters are sent. You will also be responsible for updating templates and ensuring confidential records are easily accessible and secure.
Working for Our OrganisationEpsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust provides a range of medical services to approximately 490,000 people living across southwest London and northeast Surrey. In addition, we provide more specialist services, particularly renal and neonatal intensive care, to a wider area, covering parts of Sussex and Hampshire.
