Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee administration, assisting with recruitment tasks, and supporting employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records and data.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including reviewing applications and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide guidance on performance, absence, and other people-related issues.
  • Support local career fairs and ensure timely processing of recruitment outcomes.
  • Handle monthly payroll.

About You:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role, within hospitality.
