Rikama Education are working with a SEN school based in Broadstairs, who are looking to recruit Residential Support Workers to start immediately.

These are temporary to permanent positions, with the option to work term time only or 52 weeks per year. Various shifts available to work.


The school caters for children and young people, aged 5-19 who have severe intellectual disabilities who are on the Autistic Spectrum.

Many have associated communication difficulties and emotional/behaviour difficulties associated with their complex disabilities and medical needs.

The school and residential homes have excellent facilities to support their children and young people.

2 days of training will be provided before you are able to start working shifts.


It is essential that you have previous experience supporting young people with additional needs, have a DBS registered to the update system or willing to have a new one run.

This is a long-term position and for the right candidates a temp to perm contract maybe offered.
