Rikama Education are working with a SEN school based in Broadstairs, who are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

This will be a temporary - permanent position.

Salary will be £32000 PA and your working hours will be 8:30 - 16:30, Monday - Friday, Term time only.

The school caters for children and young people, aged 5-19 who have severe intellectual disabilities who are on the Autistic Spectrum.

Many have associated communication difficulties and emotional/behaviour difficulties associated with their complex disabilities and medical needs.
The school and residential homes have excellent facilities to support their children and young people.

It is essential that you have previous experience supporting young people with additional needs, have a DBS registered to the update system or willing to have a new one run.

Ideally you will need to be PROACT-SCIP trained, or equivalent.
