Responsibilities:

  • Strategically oversee operations across around 30 locations, with potential expansion to new regions as ArchWell Health grows.
  • Drive growth and operational efficiency in existing clinics, ensuring profitability and top-notch patient care.
  • Lead expansion initiatives, including launching new clinics and integrating innovative healthcare approaches.
  • Establish standardized processes for operational excellence and consistent service delivery.
  • Engage in strategic planning with the executive team to align operational strategies with company goals.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within a diverse healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure a seamless, patient-centered care model.
  • Adapt operational strategies to regulatory changes while maintaining compliance and agility.
  • Drive change management efforts to adopt best practices and innovative healthcare solutions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Visionary leadership with extensive experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a multi-site, growth-oriented organization.
  • Proven success in P&L management, driving profitability and operational efficiency strategically.
  • Expertise in Medicare Advantage programs and technology integration in healthcare operations.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills for navigating challenges and seizing growth opportunities.
  • Experience in dynamic environments, comfortable with rapid changes and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to reside or relocate to the designated region, with preference for an ArchWell Health market within that area.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Public Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in a supervisory role in a medical setting, with 5 years of multi-site experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-million-dollar P&L management accountability, with prior Medicare Advantage risk pool P&L responsibility preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct operational experience in Medicare Advantage, value-based models, managed care, or ACOs.
  • Minimum 7 years of multi-site operations leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years of medical group operations.
