Role:
Head of Marketing (Known internally as Head of Brand and Marketing)

Hours: 37.5

Hybrid role working in an Operational Base a minimum of 2 days a week.

Salary:
£60,000

The Organisation:


The Air Ambulance Service provides two very important functions, Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and The Children's Air Ambulance (TCAA) which provides paediatric & neonatal specialist transfers across the UK.

Our objective is to save lives, utilising specialist pilots, doctors, paramedics and TCAA Crew Members, and with our work centred on saving lives, improving clinical outcomes and being able to react quickly and efficiently to emergencies.

We are at the forefront of innovative clinical care, and we challenge boundaries.

The Role:


Here at The Air Ambulance Service (TAAS) we are reaching new heights and looking to further enhance our outstanding operational leadership team.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to really make their mark in developing and delivering our brand and marketing strategies.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant will focus on building the TAAS brands through multiple channels and delivering high-quality marketing.


Key responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement dynamic and effective marketing strategy.
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to build awareness and engagement of the charity.
  • Enhance the digital engagement offering, ensuring compelling and inspiring content.
  • Analyse and interpret market trends to create actions to enhance organisational performance.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with key stakeholders.
