As we are firm believers in wellbeing and have an appreciation of the changing world of work, we are able to offer this job on either a full time or four day a week basis. The position will require the successful candidate to teach one day a week.

• has the ability to lead, inspire, challenge and motivate colleagues to high educational standards.

Has a proven record in school improvement either at a subject or whole school based level

• has a proven successful track record of management
