The Group Data and Analytics Office owns the provision of mastered customer (Organisation) and Reference data to the Global businesses and Global Functions.


Reporting to the Head of Data Asset Services, you will have a fantastic opportunity to make genuine change and modernise the services delivered by both the customer and also reference data domain in an agile way.

In this role you will:

  • Set the vision and strategy for the Customer and Reference data mastering, including the management of existing BAU services, as well as the business ownership of the delivery of the target state platforms and service catalogue components.
  • Have multiyear delivery against the transition roadmap, including funding and resourcing.
  • Oversee the ongoing management of stakeholders and consumers on a daytoday basis.
  • Manage master and metadata used by the Global Businesses & Functions to ensure that data is used consistently
  • Oversee the running of all BAU operational mastering platforms under Customer and Reference data mastering ownership.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in general data management and master data management.
  • Experience working as a product owner for technology solutions.
  • Significant experience working in a commercial bank, global banking & markets or financial services industry.
  • Experienced in outlining a vision, strategy and roadmap for product development.
  • Strong research, analysis and policy or report writing skills are essential.
This role can be based in London, Sheffield or Birmingham.
