Associate Director- Head of IT ERP Master Data Products at a glance
Kraft Heinz is currently hiring an Associate Director- Head of IT ERP Master Data Products within the Global IT ERP Capabilities team.
As the Associate Director for the Global IT ERP Capabilities Team you will engage with senior stakeholders in IT and the Business to define- deliver- and maintain KHC's future state Master Data Management (MDM) strategy and systems processes delivering clear value. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy- completeness and consistency of master data and partner with the KHC Data Maintenance Organization (DMO) in the development of data governance policies and processes.
What's on the menu?
- Global ownership and accountability in developing and implementing the company's MDM strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the design- implementation- and maintenance of MDM systems and processes.
- Establish an offshore capability for delivery of master data related activities for KHC.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Lead a team focused on data migration activities for KHC's global S/4 implementation through 2028.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the MDM systems and processes.
- Own the project budgets (>$10MM; varies based on AOP year) and decisions including resourcing and investments.
- Oversee and lead a team of technical master data professionals. Direct reporting team size of 6-8; total direct organization size 15+.
