The Role

The key responsibility of this role is to manage and update the master data for our wide range of hair products, essential for the Operations Department to meet production demands efficiently. By ensuring accurate and timely data management, we aim to achieve our business goals, including effective inventory management and timely launches of new products.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Create product codes in NAV (ERP system) and AGR (Planning Systems)
  • Assist the Quality Team with Bill of Materials (BoM) updates and development
  • Generate Barcode Labels
  • Maintain product-related master data in systems like NAV, AGR, eQMS
  • Manage product lifecycle and collaborate with New Product Development (NPD) and Demand and Supply Planning Teams for timely updates
  • Provide operational support by preparing reports such as weekly inventory levels and quarterly product life-cycle status

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale data entry and maintenance
  • Background in Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or similar sectors involving data management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like NAV/SAP/Oracle-Netsuite
