Duties include but not limited to the following:

  • all administrative duties
- manage room allocation
- creating customer event forms
- liaising with couples
- manage bookings for key events
- managing payments
- ensuring terms of contract are adhered to
- first point of contact for all enquiries once wedding is booked

You will be calm and patient and have meticulous attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft office suite is preferred.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
